Scope
The terms and conditions govern the legal relationships between Sport Kuster KG and the customer. They are part of the contract for the purchase of goods. We recommend that you print your order details immediately after submitting your order along with the terms and conditions underlying the order.
All offers and promotions only apply to online orders and not automatically in the shop.
Terms of payment, purchase and delivery
Our terms of payment, purchase and delivery apply to all items purchased directly from the store, as well as online orders, and are acknowledged with each order.
Basically, we offer the payment in advance, PayPal, cash and debit card. With each order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
When paying in advance, we will send you an invoice after checking the availability by e-mail. The quoted amount must have reached our account within the payment period stated on the invoice. If the amount is not received on time, we can not guarantee the maintenance of your reservation. Please note that we only accept payments from European Union accounts. In no case will we assume the costs of a money transaction. Please note that the delivery of the ordered goods in advance only after the full amount has been credited to our account.
When paying by PayPal, we will send you an invoice after checking the availability by e-mail and the PayPal e-mail address. The PayPal e-mail address is not our usual contact address. Therefore, please do not transfer in advance to the e-mail address known to you. The quoted amount must have reached our PayPal account within the payment period stated on the invoice. Payment by debit card or cash payment is only possible directly at the Sport Kuster store. Other methods of payment (checks, etc.) are not offered or accepted by Sport Kuster KG.

Redeem vouchers
The redemption of vouchers is only possible on location in the Sport Kuster shop. Vouchers can not be redeemed in cash.
Conclusion of contract
By clicking on the button "Buy now" you place a binding order of the items in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. The availability of the ordered products will be checked by us within a maximum of two working days and the stored articles will be reserved for you for ten days.
A binding contract comes about with the transmission of the order confirmation, however at the latest with delivery of the ordered goods. Irrespective of the right of withdrawal existing in any case as a consumer, you are bound to your order with goods marked as "deliverable".
Right of withdrawal
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by a return. Please always enclose the delivery note so that we can immediately credit your returns.
The period begins with receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient. Your right of return does not apply to used items.

Please have your return confirmed and reserve this confirmation until the purchase price of the goods has been credited to your account. When paying by bank transfer you will receive a credit to your account.
It is agreed that in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal we are entitled to charge you the direct costs of the return.
We reserve the ownership of all goods delivered by us until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Please indicate transport damage immediately upon receipt of the goods. Subsequently detected defects and complaints please report immediately by email (office@sportkuster.com).
Minimum age
For online orders, the age limit is 18 years. Orders from and deliveries to persons who are under the age of 18 are not possible.
