Excellent Touch

Nike Gripknit is a grippy material that provides better touch. The boot offers more surface area so you can better control the ball when dribbling at speed or capping off a move with a shot. It adapts to the shape of your foot, providing the same grip in both wet and dry conditions. The fit is similar to that of a track and field shoe. The micro-molding structure with Gripknit hugs your foot for even better ball contact.
 

Fast Traction

The wave-like traction pattern consists of a series of cascading studs, giving the Air Zoom unit a larger surface area while ensuring optimal grip. The largest stud is the same height as our traditional mid-level studs, so traction isn't compromised. We've combined the wave-like traction with advanced chevron and blade studs, making quick changes of direction easier.
 

Comfortable Fit

The full-length Flyknit upper is designed for high speed. Atomknit, an incredibly light and strong Flyknit variant, on the sides reduces weight and provides support. Gripknit, Atomknit, and Flyknit combine to create the Mercurial's thinnest upper yet, bringing you closer to the ball and reducing the time you need to break in the boot.
